The easiest way to answer this is to say what is not a good question:
- something vague such
- something you don’t really care about
- questions about others and why they are living their lives in certain ways
The best sessions will come from spending a few minutes beforehand really diving into what you want to discover about yourself. Where are you stuck? Be specific. Let’s talk about how it makes you feel. Let’s talk about an experience you had and you are wondering what the significance is.
These sessions are for you. They are your insight into the larger world that we often lose sight of due to our humanness. They are a solid connection to the YOU that lives in the contented playground of freedom. You are free from all things that tether you. Free from all things that you think and feel will never stop being. Free from all the ways in which you willingly stop yourself from living this life as only you know how to live it.
What is a vague question:
- Is this the right relationship for me?
- Am I on the right career path?
- Let’s just see what comes up, shall we?
You have to be invested in the question and the answer. Not the answer you want, but the answer that will come. Most questions open the door to a theme or emotions you are having. Let’s take a step back and look at it from a non-attached perspective. This is what my guides can do. This is what we can often do for others in our lives, just not ourselves. You know when you can easily see the way out of a problem for someone else, and they simply cannot get there.
The guides want to focus on what is important to you. Where you are invested. When a generic question is asked, it doesn’t show where your heart is, what you want, what you don’t want, etc.
How to come up with a good questions:
- Spend time thinking about what is really on your heart.
- Be specific. Tell me the history, tell me your joy, tell me your pain… this opens up the energy so our guides can deliver the answers and guidance you are seeking.
I am not a mind reader. If you are looking for that – I’m not the right person for you.
This is a collaborative journey. This is an energy dance between you and me and our guides. When you show up fully open, fully ready to give and receive, your world can shift in an instant.
Almost all questions start at the microscopic and lead to the macroscopic. You want the birdseye view where you have all the pieces of the puzzle.
